We have another board with 60-4077A marking that turns out to be PCChips. M351 is a model number they may have used, as we have M321, M396F etc. The unusual thing is the MR Bios but that may be an aftermarket upgrade.

I think it can only handle low-density chips on memory sticks so a 16MB stick would need to have 8 chips at least and a 32MB stick would need to have 16 (8 on each side of the stick). 64MB FPM/EDO 72pin sticks with 32 chips do exist BTW. Chipset limit is 256MB.

In windows you need to separatley set the mouse again for microsoft mouse or mouse systems mode or something. As for the ribbon cables, did you check if you actually have both kinds? You need to check the back of the DB9 connector to see how the wires go. The headers can be either 1 3 5 7 9 2 4 6 8 …

You can try to dump the BIOS with Navrátil System Information (NSSI), but I can't remember how complete the image file will be, if your motherboard has an odd and even BIOS. It will most likely create one combined image which will then need to be split up again. There is WinHex for that, when we …
