Since this has a removable BIOS chip, I'ma just pull it out, dump the current bios version to file and then flash your version using my EEPROM programmer Thanks a million for this! Edit: Existing bios chip is an SST: (PH) 29EE010 -- SST29EE010 DIP32 I've attached v1.01 of the bios below

Turns out that was just part of the problem.. FDisk wouldn't "stick" after restarting, so I started disabling crap in the bios- 32Bit, LBA, Block Mode.. Now it's sticking. Then I just went ahead and re-wrote autoexec.bat and setramd.bat, and replaced ramdisk.sys with xmsdsk.exe. Everything's working …
