Im not 100% sure on this but I dont think that came built with that SCSI controller. I have no doubt it is Compaq OEM but I worked on this when a local company used them for their office desktops and none of them had a SCSI sub system of any kind that wasnt added after purchase. Last week I have restored the same PC and CR2032 battery holds the BIOS. PC100 SDRAM works just fine.

I have TD-4IP-UMC-AIO board that looks the same and it has some problems with EDO memory too. FPM works great with no speed reduction vs EDO.

The case for sure is Bulgarian, the other parts are mixed bag: some are Bulgarian, some not, typical for the late Pravetz production.

Looks like you have one of the latest Pravetz 16 computers with 8MHz NEC V20 CPU (maybe 12MHz Turbo mode), so called "JUKO" MB, not sure where the video card is made, but does not look like made in Bulgaria.
