If I was looking for this specific model I would buy it just because of a good cosmetic condition and because of presence of an addon (it have to be a battery) at the back. Though it's likely that you'll need to spend another $15-$30 only for a genuine AC adapter. Also, pay attention to the LCD …

I can get this one for 30$ but the working state is unknown as the owner doesn't have the power supply. It's in great shape, and I know it uses 12V or 15V if the battery is in used. So power supply is not a problem.

One one hand 8MB for games on a 486 seems ok, on the other 12MB is a sweet spot with no games running well on 486 requiring more (someone correct me if im wrong), but the third hand says 20MB is the max supported so lets find that 16MB dimm :P I seem to remember someone looking for bigger …

You need 16MB 5V FPM 72pin dimm, very rare because manufacturers quickly jumped from custom/bespoke Ram expansion solutions to 3.3V, then EDO then 144pin sodimms.
