HELP: Burnout Championship Drag Racing on DOS

I'm trying to get the 3D Hardware Accelerated version of Burnout Championship Drag Racing to work on DOSBox Enhanced Community Eidition (ECE). I've had so many issues, specifically an error with the message "Fatal Error: Unable to Load DLL" How do I get this game to work???
