Not for my card. I remember how I downloaded these drivers back in 2000, when they added DirectX 5 support for my card. Now I bought the same one. 😀 I found the DataExpert drivers CD, it has everything I need.

You can avoid all of the IDE headaches by going SCSI. You waste an expansion slot for the SCSI card though. You'll have all the mentioned problems (like size compatibility issues) additionally to new SCSI problems. It's still possible to find new 40-80 GB drive or use a CF card and XT-IDE solves …

Thanks Necroware, we have a shiny new VRM module that can be used to upgrade such mobos. And I just bought a new one from PCChips with Opti Viper chipsets onboard. Just tired of intel chipsets and want something different. Will try different CPUs once VRM board comes from PCBWay.
