SiS 6215 or 6326. There are numerous different types of PCB's using the 6215 and 6326, with no set standard. It's showing an MPEG-2 decoder chip as well, so I'm leaning more toward the 6326. Memory chips are located as on Xabre board: https://www.vgamuseum.info/images/zaatharen/sis/xabre400_fhq2.jpg but on Xabre, there is no "SIS" marking on the chip.
