Hmmmm....if the emulation is really correct then the game should run at 60Hz since I have code in it to change the refresh rate to this value. Or is full screen always at 70Hz?

Have you run setup (setup.exe)? If not then sound is set to PC speaker! Run it, select Sound Blaster and DO NOT select "Save and Install" (this will corrupt the game!), but select "Quit and save". cu René
