Found this one recently and hope someone could identify it. Looks like a daughter board, made by console manufacturer 3DO. Somehow, like a v1 card without video output.

Hello board, Found a 4500 AGP card in a badly shape. Some capacitors were missing, some memory banks broken and some resistors were ripped off. Resistor R112 is the main problem now. I dont know the ohm resistance to replace it.
