man, wasn't this a long time ago? one small update here, and that is that it works pretty much fine but veeeery slow, i wouldn't have mentioned it except that i upgraded recently, and it still runs slow with almost no improvements.

For a while i had problems with SS2 as well (Win XP). I dunno what you should do, but i suggest compatibility options, as that was what i had to mess with to get mine working at one point.
