I did the magic trick. I put in the AMD and turned it on. It just found the CPU. It started Windows ME, and there I checked Sandra and Aida if the voltages were correct. VCore 3.2volt, I/O 3.3volt Just as noted on the CPU itself. It seems like everything is doing well. Thanks all for the help!
