That looks awesome and is exactly what I'm searching for. I would also vote for a 5.25" sized one as well. Both of my floppy bays are already used with HxC floppy emulator and WP32 McCake front panel.

Just be aware that those Chineseium Rage XL cards are only populating half of the memory bus. Rage XL has 64 bit memory bus, but those cards are only doing 32 bit. I have very good experience with ATEN KVM-Switches. Very good quality build, robust and reliable. No problems since 2 years usage. ATEN has different models also ones which switch audio as well. You should be able to find one for your needs.
