Sad to say the SC-88VL was a bust. Either it was a hijacked account, or the item got lost in the post but regardless - the seller never responded to my communication and eventually eBay refunded. So, still waiting on news of Popcorn.

I may have gotten a backup for Popcorn, since it's not looking good. My original plan was to get an SC-88VL, and well... one was going cheap. I'd still rather have Popcorn, and I might end up selling it again eventually if Popcorn can be saved - but for now.
