there's no such option. biw: in the map -mode the minutes is running too fast. The whole game is running too fast. is there some kind of software that can slow my pc down?? or slow the game?

Yeah - rebirth only upgrades models. But there's a mod Called Shtup - System Shock Texture Upgrade Project - and this make the game look much better.
