I just tried it with the new patch and as far as I can tell it works. I do get an error when I end the game. I only played a to the part where it breaks though. It did not work with the orginal biopatch. But the messup seems to be in a diffrent place than before.

If you mean Malcoms Revenge I had no problems with that just did an install and moved it to my normal DosBox location.

Not sure what the problem is but I have the Dune version that came on 5.25" floppy disks and it runs fine. Is this the very first Dune game not Dune 2 which was sort of the first RTS?

I just tried Crysal Caves and it works fine in Windows XP Pro. Sound and border is correct. It does seem to kick me into some kind of full screen dos mode. It does not work under DosBox as far as the border goes. I also get the shakeing hud but my CVS version is a few weeks old.

I had a great time digging through the pile of really old games I have and trying some of them under DosBox I have to find the ones that have a 3.5" disk format for now. Well that helped some as I already had MSYS. I had downloaded the msysDTK file but had not installed it. I just got the release version of MSYS do I need the snapshot version? And what is the patch for SLD that you mentioned?

I know how to check out a copy of the source and I can complie the stuff from http://pcnwstage.phys.rug.nl/dosboxcvs.tgz as it already has the make files and configure ect. Now with the source from the CVS tree how do I get the autogen.sh to work under MinGW the files are in /mingw/local/bin but …

Yeah now that you mention it I have NeverLock but it is on a 5.25 disk. I think its on the old PCSIG cd's too so I see if I can find those 🙄

Same thing happens. I wonder if there is more than one version of this as this has a Tandy 1000/3000/4000 sticker on the box(er more like a folder) I think the Tandy was slightly diffrent that a regular PC but it used to run on an 8086 with no problem. 🙄
