Well don't I feel foolish. When the executable was run directly from the folder, it worked fine. Changing "Compatibility" on the shortcut on the start menu allowed it to work as well. Thank you very much.

I finally bought Fallout and Fallout 2 in the dual-cd case. It installed and ran fine on my XP PC. . . once. But now whenever I try to run it again, it gives me an error that there is not enough free space on my hard drive -- it needs 20M free space. Of course, my drive has 100G free. . . perhaps …
