My executable don't have enough memory

When I run my application, I get an error message: You need more memory. I use WinXP with 1 GB RAM. In DosBOX config file I set memsize=256. I use DosBox 0.65. DosBox Status Window: Maximum memory size is 63 MB When I use my app in w98 Dos mode or win98 Dos window, it run. I use w98 with 256 MB RAM.
