@ VIM - you're correct - they used fictitious teams to get around the license issue. Have it too and will haul them both out for a spin. As I remember the sequel was an improvement, but still dogged by input problems. Never got RS3 and will try to track that one down. BTW GP2 is still a great drive …

At what point is it freezing? At the "Please Wait" screen before the final shutdown, or earlier? Locks up just as soon as I hit Start->Turn Off Computer. Hmmm. Yes It's W98se with the SP added. What you say though makes me think I should do a fresh install and update/tweak it myself - the SPs are just so fast and handy. I never had this problem before [even with previous retro W98/SP] though I dimly remember the issue from years ago..

Mau1 - unless you are suggesting something I'm not familiar with, that's the way I have it: by-pass S220 -> Voodoo, VGA cable Voodoo -> monitor. Swapping in a Voodoo 2 and the problem goes away. Latest reference drivers.
