Some games get to a higher resooution, like Moto Racer and Daytona USA, using dgVoodoo. They are dx2 and dx3 games. Do they qualify for this? You mean the original Daytona USA or Daytona USA Deluxe? ATI and nVidia must have added profiles for these games with GL extension limit. Modern ports of them don't need it.

Quake 2 and 3 both work. Might need GL extension limit on some cards, but should need nothing more than that.

South Park (not Rally) does not work at all on anything later than WinXP. Using XP fix on Win7 you'll be able to get to the menus but not past that.
