Just because a specific patch exists for a game, doesn't mean similar patch exist for another game. I haven't heard a 256 color and MIDI patch for Wasteland, why didn't you try Google?

Wing Commander 1 (via MT-32 connected to the decoder), as well as the Ultima VI, connected in the same way sound good.
