Yeah i'm kind of pissed atm because *buntu is hard locking on me with nvidia proprietary drivers. I really wanted to run Lubuntu on my brother back up machine (939/GTS250) since i already have some linux native games from the humble bundle. Really am/was looking forward to Steam for Linux.

but, it can still store more data in the other ram at the same time possible increasing some reads as it doesn't have to write first as it still is in another stick.

Well if/when i get this machine it already has 2500+. I'm gonna guess the mobile version runs a bit cooler and or is a bit more optimized?

I don't see how it could cool either.I could see how it could possibly keep from cracking dies. My buddy was tech at the shop i work at long before me told me about they saw all kinds of cracked dies.
