Hm. That's interesting. I made drive C mounted as local directory by adding " " marks. I didn't know those were necessary. If my memory serves me right, I used to run games with out them. I created a folder when I go to My Computer, then I click on C drive, and I named it (new folder) FIFA 96. Then I tried to mount it. I typed : mount C C:\FIFA 96 (with space, just like in that folder) And it said directory doesn't exist. Any suggestions?

I see. It's just I have only TWO Dos games that I really like that I want to play (FIFA 94, and FIFA 96) and dosbox does,t really help with those two games... I keep reading that CD version of FIFA 94 (AKA FIFA International Soccer) is supported and runnable by DosBox 0.63 but I can't seem to run it …

No the CD works. Apparently other people had the same "read error" while running the game on XP. I am sure that the CD works. I think I am doing something wrong though... Any suggestions?

Look, is there a simplier way to run dos games without dosbox and asking DELL or HP to integrate MS-DOS program? What I mean is can I just download MS-DOS program from the internet ( like MS-DOS 7.0 for example)? Would it work on my Windows Vista? Would it harm my PC somehow? Need your opinion, guys …

Well, like I said above, I used the following commands: "My CD is in Drive E Here's what I did: 1. mount D E:\ -t cdrom –ioctl 2. D: 3. dir.exe There I found FIFA96 EXE, so I typed FIFA96.EXE and the window displayed this message " FIle Read Error"

I followed that 60 seconds guide guide on how to run games for PC users and. It didn't work. Again, can you guide me through on how to install that game? Ok. Thank! Could you provide a link for me to install ALL versions of DOSBox (0.63, 0.65 and 0.70)? Thank you! Also, I don't like my new Windows Vista very much. Can I downgrade my PC to windows XP or Windows 98 or Windows 95. I have all the CD at home to install these OSs. Plz respond 😀

FIFA Soccer 96 on Windows Vista

I bought a CD version of FIFA Soccer 96. I have Windows Vista and when I try to install the game, a window pops out and says that "this system doesn't support full screen mode. Plsease close the program." What do I do? How do I make this game run on my Windows Vista?
