I think from all old Celerons only the Tualatin was really good, while rest like coppermine, and older was trash they did not have L2 and that did make them useless, see the slot 1 Celeron they was total junk, also i prefer not to use Celerons if possible, but the Tualatin Celeron is different …

judging from the benchmarks I'd stick to 2MB then - I also have a 4MB 286/16 setup and tbh I haven't found any use for the extra ram... sure one can load a 1MB smartdrive or run win3 (slow on 286 anyways) but other than that it's kinda useless. I second. This is a lovely case and a lovely Cyrix FPU (that I envy 😁). I'd keep the config as it is now. (And if you happen to know how to set this Hedaka board to WS0 operation, please let me know. It looks pretty much like mine.)

RAMs often have more timing profiles in SPD, perhaps yours have them for 333 too. If not, you can always calculate data-for-400/400×333, rounded safely upwards. Or down, if you're willing to risk a little overclocking. From what I've seen, CL3/400 modules are usually 2.5-3-3-3-7 at 333 btw.

Something I had not only seen but bought and used too - but I gave it away later and I regret it very much. It was a 8087 FPU, back in '93. Now I have a 1000+-piece CPU/FPU collection but no 8087.
