You're right, that is weird. Dungeon Keeper enumerates 320x200@8bit, but KeeperFX does not. The documentation for KeeperFX says it should still support it. Thanks, indeed, even bicubic is wrong. I fixed it. 320x200 (standard/x-mode) and 320x240 (x-mode) with 8 bit are VGA modes and applications can control DDraw to allow it to be enabled/enumerated or not (flags DDSCL_ALLOWMODEX and DDEDM_STANDARDVGAMODES). Thanks for your help, I think I solved the problem. I didn't enabled 16k size surfaces for DDraw that's why some factoring method fails for this game. I'll release a minor patch version some day but till that, try this quickfix: http://dege.fw.hu/temp/dgVoodoo2_73_DD16k.zip

Do you play this game with dgVoodoo ddraw.dll and d3dimm.dll copied into the game folder or natively? For me, natively the game doesn't even start up. With dgVoodoo the video playback is missing, only blank screen (not clear why, but nothing is rendered into the dd surfaces from the game side). …

Isn't 320x200 is implemented with physical 640x400 with in-game renderer pixel duplication and that's why no difference between 320x200 and 640x400 with this game?
