Well then, feel free to download the .ICO and use it then 😉 Again, to get a real idea you should download it and view on the Desktop (rather than on VOGONS).

Thanks Drek, I like 4.1 too 😀 Qbix, I'm not sure what you meant by more blending. Do you want the text to be a part of the box? Like a wooden embossment? I'll try to make something, but it will help if you could be a bit more specific.

Slight improvement: The icon now has a (slight) black border, so it looks better on all backgrounds (especially blue ones). You may ignore the attachments in previous post 😉

Ok, there is no rel purpose in this thread, but I'm really curious about that. Many games have more than one sound card config to choose from, and since DOSBox pretty much emulates everything, it's hard to choose. I couldn't help but notice you try to run Twinsen's Odyssey with VDMSound. :D You can run it on Windows with this patch , or run it on DOSBox with this guide . For more information check this guide , or visit the Magicball Network forums for all the help you need. We are very friendly there! >:-)

There are DOS applications that changes the DOS font from a DOS font file. I don't have links at the moment, but search Google.

Woah this thread shalt not die. Well here are more sizes with that Futura font. I'm not entirely sure it's better than the previous font... And I still think avatar's testidea3.png is the best one so far, I wish you'd manage to make it into the 128*128 empty box so we could work with it more 😀

OK people, it took some time but I managed to do it! The box in all sizes is in emptybox3.zip I also made the yellow icon in all sizes, as you can see on the bellow post. Also avaiable in icon format in dosboxicon-yellow3.zip

Hmm... I think testidea3.png is the best icon so far! 😜 Could you please make it without the letters? We'll need it if we want to make a 16*16 icon (which we should, for taskbar, titlebar, etc.)
