I've got an ELSA riva128 card, it has no display issues at all 😀 Higher end S3 are nice, but still need univbe in some cases, the elsa card is vesa3.0 😀

yeah the heatsink is permanently glued on the riva128 chip with special thermal glue from ebay, it is the same as voodoo2/3 cards have I will try the test later at home, I have ultimate doom installed :D this 2230 IIRC has a soldered CSP (that to my knowledge is of no importance to games) whereas my …

ah, pc-dos, the choise of win 😀 too bad 2000 does not have FAT32 support... thanks for the pics too:) so the transposer is just a bridge between 2 legs? is this fix specific to this mobo?

Cirrus is fine for DOS, but getting a good card is somewhat difficult :p had cirrus'es too, never had a prob

Hiya!!! In the last days I am searching for a dos-only hex editor. The best I found so far is Norton DiskEdit , it has nice menus, mouse support etc... BUT it cannot cut bytes. Yep, no CUT. What does this have to do with DOS? Shouldn't it be in the Console & Arcade forum? no because he is using DOSbox to run his dos-based application. It is irrelevant what the application does. Mounting the rom-directory will solve this problem and make the actuall files available inside the dosbox …
