Taking out the battery and leaving the board without power should do that also. And yes, I tried that. After flashing nothing works, besided the CPU fan spinning. No beeps, no video signal, nothing....

This latest version still has a bug that I noticed on the Win9x 1.01 version on your website: the first time I run it on Windows 98SE on my ASUS CUBX-E Pentium III system, it shows Vcore on the first tab. If I close and then start CPU-Z again, Vcore is not displayed anymore. This is not good sign. …

Last week I mentioned I would do a CPU upgrade of my ASUS CUBX-E based system and yesterday I did just that. Replaced the 850 MHz Pentium III Coppermine with an 1100 MHz Pentium III Coppermine. Just picked up an EVGA e-GeForce 7800 GS CO AGP card. This is the lightly overclocked version (430MHz/1300MHz) as opposed to the standard 375MHz/1200MHz. There were faster versions though, but this should be an interesting card.
