I usally play WC2 at 3500 cycles, with frameskip of 2. YMMV But running at 90% of your processor might be a bit too much.

Indeed WINE does run Win 3.1 applications. I've run Civilization II quite happily in the past under it.

When I set scaler=none, it goes through just fine... So you very well may be correct Compiler is GCC 3.2.3, provided from my Slackware 9.1 install. What other handlers are you refering to?

nvidia's drivers should install an libGL.so.1 for use with their software. Now, you typed it as libgl.so.1, remember the case-sensitivity of a unix system, and check your error message. Terwin - The emulated irq in Dos Box doesn't matter. That is the IRQ that the DOS games within Dos Box will see. The emulated sound data will then be handed off to your real sound card at the proper IRQ, so it doesn't matter. For example, my SB Live is currently PCI - routed to IRQ 11. No DOS game …

If I am understanding everything correctly, it may be an issue between the current version of Dos Box and your Nvidia card. be patient. 0.62 should have this bug.

Also, you're going to want to loadfix out 64k of memory, Armada won't load unless you do. I still say its odd that a Network game won't work with a network driver loaded... Silly Origin. 😀

I wish I knew. That setup was default in Countdown, if you selected Tandy Sound. Unfortunately it would seem that SSI made a poor design decision when creating Cubed, probably thinking that no one would put together a box with a seperate MIDI module. Possibly playing around with the config file …

'Fraid that'd be a tad difficult, due to the fact that I've got Linux on this bad boy, and don't have a copy of AT. 😀 I almost grabbed a copy for $2 at a second hand bookshop near Dallas when I was visitting there once about four years ago.
