Have you mounted the cddrom (or iso)? Otherwise it won't work... Is the sound setup correctly adjusted? I know for a fact it works, as I'm running it as I write this. I can assure you it works on DosBox 0.74 and 0.73, as I tested on both. You'll probably want a powerful processor though.
