It's up to what you want, dosquest 😉 You could of course install both (1st 95, then 98SE) as a dual boot so you can check yourself which one you like more 😉

Iirc the rage pro is below the V3 in performance, perhaps even below a V2? You can use 98 if you want (personally I'd stay away from 98FE). Personally I really like the Voodoo3's. Just remember the Voodoo3 PCI's can get pretty hot. I once tested one and the little VRM heatsink became too hot to touch even! You bet!
