Re: Possible Solution to Youtube and DOS Aspect Ratio Issues

in Milliways
Bumping here, mainly to show what has worked for me last night for Youtube (and also a simpler command that could've *probably* be used). Note that I've run avconv in Ubuntu 14.04. This assumes 320x200 input pixels with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Further note that the input sample rate was 49716Hz, and …

Re: AutoIT send keys help Dosbox

Great to read that you've gotten further! Switching Duke3d to Dos32a instead of Dos4/GW seems to have gotten rid of the random "Couldn't find selected sound card" error. Truly, since NVidia's setting is configured to respect DOSBox' behaviors (which means to disable VSync when opengl/openglnb output is used …

Re: Dosbox and Linux Exiting problem

Such glitches may occur when display modes are changed. Using the desktop resolution is a solution. Which version of DOSBox are you running? 0.74? In such a case, you should find this configuration file: ~/.dosbox/dosbox-0.74.conf. Open it with a text editor and change the "fullresolution" value to …
