I think I remember DOSBox doing that to me before and I had to change both priority values in dosbox.conf to the same.

Mount the the virtual "D" drive with the -t cdrom switch or use the imgmount command in DOSBox to mount an ISO or CUE/BIN image of the CD.

I used wget on the 3drealms ftp last night just in case it goes down not sure what the distribution rights are for the games though. I think ClassicDosGames has them all anyway.
