Re: Copy EXE files?

Same thing as dragging it onto the shortcut. DosBox reads the source path and uses that. It's highly recommended not to use this though unless you know for sure that the games don't need any special tweaking or mount options.

Re: Dosbox with various games - slooow.

The Black Cauldron is just a bunch of static screens with only your character or possibly 2 or 3 other characters moving around the screen. It's not that processor intensive. Arena is in a whole other league compared to that game. Most computers bought from compaq/hp/dell have special Bios's that …

Re: Dosbox with various games - slooow.

There should be a blinking cursor on the upper-right hand side of your screen. When you see that you need to hit F10 to get into the BIOS but.....if the FAT16 partition where the Compaq "BIOS" resides is deleted then you will have to download the software from Compaq to get into the BIOS. As for …

Re: Little help with BLOOD

Keep arguing, it's what you seem good at. If this thread isn't resolved soon I'm going to lock it. There's been alot of annoying threads on this forum lately that I should have locked sooner....and I'm definetly going to start going into lockdown mode to get things back on track. Only thing that has to be done is install VDMSound. Run VDMSound and NOLFB before playing the game. Configure the game. Play the …

Re: Fallout 3 trailer is out..meh

I'm just waiting. Tired of reading posts of people being fanboys of Bethesda and rpg-lite gameplay or those who bash a game they haven't played yet. From what I've seen I haven't been impressed. The only thing we can do is wait and see. If it tanks hopefully Bethesda will be nice enough to release a …
