Install the app within dosbox, and be sure you stick to your mounting once chosen.

Future Shock is a quite demanding game, using nasty programming tricks. Not much you can do, sorry...

But the only thing to do against this is disabling the screensaver, right? Probably only in fullscreen mode or so.

Well it needs some interfacing with sdl, it's not automatic. I'll see about it if i can reproduce the problem.

Hm you should check out the SDL sources, especially in the last time there were some additions to the screensaver handling, maybe that'd work.

I belive this will make dosbox think you have 64MB ram on your computer No, this makes dosbox tell the dos game that you have 63mb of extended memory.

Never had any problems with that game sound-wise. Does it keep the settings? If not check if some files are read-only.

I managed to install it, figured out dosbox Wrong order. Install it WITHIN dosbox, so the paths are correct.
