Anyone have the latest bios for this board, I just found out with my K6-III I don't have L3 Cache hoping a bios update will solve this.

No its the os, I'm getting kernel level crashes hardware is fine passed prime95 12hours, 3 hours memtedt and 3dmark2001 on a loop.

The Geforce4 MX was NV17, it was a Geforce 2 MX die shrunk with the memory controller from the Geforce 4 Ti ported over. An MX440 is neck and Neck with a Geforce 2 Ultra, while an MX420 will compete with a GTS
