I saw something called a dosbox "master build" what is it and is it better?

Well, I was wondering like any new sound cards added and also percent wise will dosbox be able to play now like what 91% of most of the games?

I saw the suggestion thread but I would like a list of features that will be in the next version.

I'm trying to find a way to get dosbox to start in full screen every time so I can embed it in a netbook (by putting the exe in the start up folder.)
