What about MDK and fraps?? MDK even had a benchmark tool. I don't think Expendable supported glide so that would be out.

Soldering 2 wires together and most of the solder just evaporates, drops on the ground...it's just horrible I think the trick is to preheat the wires with the soldering iron for a brief moment before applying any solder. It is better to tin each wire separately with solder, then join them together. …

The layout of the videocard is almost like my Compaq Voodoo 3 3000 with higher clocks..... Except the compaq vga/s-vid on closer to the pci slot. I just was watching a Quantum SBI 200 go for 139.99 on ebay!! pretty expensive!! I had no use for it so didn't bid on it.

If setting up using jumpers make sure there isn't a AGP Divider that might be setup in the wrong spec. Maybe its booting at he 1/3 setting instead of the 2/3 divider? Have you tried pulling the power, pull the battery then clear the RTC as well? This has helped me in the past with many things. Also …

Whats up with this thread. There are unofficial drivers for 8800GT for win9x, can find out over at MSFN. I haven't tested them personally. Besides Ace is talking about slot 1, not much over a Geforce 4 will work on AGP 2x/4x so that is a limitation. As for Ace, If you get your hands on a Abit BE6-II …

🤣, you never had to buy the card with the system. Didn't have to with the TNT2 Xentor with high 190MHz clocks either. Just really expensive cards to buy seperate 😀

🤣, yep. Anyone know any games that would make an exception? For the V3 that is. I just installed a EPOX-3VSA2 (Via Pro133T) with a survived P3-S 1.4GHz with all the same hardware. Quake 2 1024x768x16 demo1.dm2 gets 77.1FPS, stock clocks on everything.
