Try it again on DosBox and increase the cycles.. maybe running it at 8000 cycles should do it for ya.

i totally agree with canadacow, i see a lot of people who installs applications like c++ and image apps for old dos and then they post their issues here, and as DosBox is growing real fast, i think that could be a "problem" in the near future.

Nothing personal, but I see dosbox as a much better alternative for old dos games than vdmsound or anyother emulators that might show up in the future... So far all games tested by me worked damn perfect... PoP 1 and 2 are also included...

nVidia has released the ultimate drivers for GForce serries... Try updating yours and then runs dosbox again

Sound Blaster PCI cards doesn't have Win3.1 drivers at all... For what I Know, the last sound card with Win3.11 drivers released was the Awe64...

Karpo, if i were you i'd take the p100, with 32mb RAM, and i also would STRONGLY get a sound blaster awe 64, as it's midi support is great for those games.

Hi Xian. You may try it under XP, but it's gonna crash. I tried it here, i got win xp pro on my machine, and it only wored perfect on dosbox 0.61

Spidey, Lion King is a DOS game, it runs perfect on win 98 because DOS is running on background. Try dosbox, it should solve your problem under win xp.

just to remind about the sound: original sound blaster cards works on irq 5, and dosbox emulates sound through irq 7.

I think your problem is the usb mouse... those usb mice out there are somehow bugged... try updating the usb mouse driver to the latest version, if it still doesn't work, get yourself a ps2 mouse and give it a try. i hope you find your way on this trouble
