I looked in my bin, I have ten 0805 ceramic caps at 10 uF. Do you recall how many you swapped? And did you swap every single ceramic cap, regardless of what value was previously soldered? Did you do a before and after w.r.t overclocking to see if there was any stability improvement?

pshipkov, at 3x66 and 8ns tag + 8 ns main cache, with 2-1-2 timings and DRAM on FAST, was the system stable with 64 MB memory? If it is stable, was it hard to find a single 64 MB module, or two 32 MB modules which were stable under these conditions?

I've never had an issue with an AT DIN to mini-DIN. Which are you using? I prefer the 6" cable adapter rather than the stub.

Well that's weird. Modbin shows it should be visible at LT20, but it isn't show up in the BIOS. What if you change the visible location of "CPU Internal Cache" to the location that corresponds to under "Onboard Parallel Mode"? Might be RT17, not sure.

I suppose wiring in the multi-meter's ammeter [in series] to the 5V port is a bit too much effort. I wonder if DMM's now have those clip on loop ammeters like they do for larger single AC wires? If you have one keyboard that works fine, the issue is likely not with the motherboard.

Is the battery on your RTC fully charged? Try resetting to BIOS defaults/ CMOS defaults, then put your settings back to what is optimal. What speed are you running the keyboard clock at? I remember there being a demonstration of one of these AsRock 939 boards using some NVIDIA AGP + PCIe in SLI and (I think) it mostly worked. There was only one model of graphics card which worked in such configuration.
