My card has the "SM718 rev 3.00" label only. SM718 rev 2.0 still has an unsuitable DB header. The one d1stortion showed is a better quality model.

that is why this (rare) version of the card is worth is a little bit more (saves the work of making cable and a holder for the DB)

If you have a manual for the board then RTFM... if you have no docs, you prolly should - reset BIOS setings to default, then DISABLE L2 cache completely. OK, I will not get a sharp photo, and the inscription on the big chips is SS701 . What sort of internal labelling can that be? Crystal Semiconductors ? C-Media ?
