Ok I see, but I think it's the other way around. HWInfo shows the date (week) in HEX and CPU-Z in decimal. I even have one dimm that HWInfo shows the week value 1a. Encoding of serial numbers is not standardized so vendors are free to use their own encoding and tools don't know how to interpret the data. Both tools show the same values, but CPU-Z displays it in Hex (big-endian) while HWiNFO in Decimal (little-endian) format. Ahhh interesting! What about the …

What an interesting thread. Lots of information and an awesome number of cards/chips tested! Can anyone test an i740? It's supposed to be super compatible with everything, even if the performance is not that much up to par.

I like the Jaguar V because the chipset is "special" with the integrated 8kb cache. At least it stands out because it's different than the rest

That's a lovely M321. I have 3 of them, but none works. 2 have severe corrosion and the 3rd one is in mint condition, looks like new, but still won't post. Weird. Where did you get the MR-Bios?
