I want to buy an graphics card in america.. They use NTSC.. We people in europe use the PAL standard.. If i buy an card in the USA, is it possible to flash it with an europe bios version of this card. And would the card be PAL after flashed the bios?

So if they are have 16-bit external bus they could use an 8086 on it? Its very hard to find a good working XT motherboard nowdays.. And i only can find them on ebay.. here in the netherlands you wont find them anymore.. They throw them all away..

CF-IDE adapter is not an option for me.. Because if you write flash cells, they have a sort of time they will get damaged.. So flash drive wont last long in old computer devices.. Best bet for reliability are magnetic storage as harddisks.. Flash is only handy if you want to make an image or backup …
