I think its better when you host your data files on the forum, not on external websites that could come offline.. Which means, that data files are accessable anymore. I ment this especially for the hosted manual..

Maybe dried-out capacitors.. Electrolyte capacitors dont live for ever.. If they worn out the board will getting unstable.

I dont know for sure if a chip would degree after some time.. But the basic thing is indeed to reprogram them.. Also keep a backup rom file in possession if something goes wrong, so you have a fall back.. But i would recommending to replace the eprom it self as well, definitively with it looks worn …

As i always said, make proper copys of your bios files.. These cards are that old. that eprom loosing there memory, so bios program getting corrupt.. and graphics card will fail.. I really recommend to replace all of these roms on your older devices, sooner or later they all will fail.

I would recommend to use those gray flatbend cables to... Its much easier to disconnect them when you want to remove the extra ISA board. Do you maybe have a picture of the other side of that ISA bus connector bus card?

I recommend you to backup your system roms. Perhaps over some time they could refuse working.. Without the software your system would be useless.
