You can install NT4 with less ram if you edit the txtsetup.sif file (I tested on a laptop with only 8MB), it should work with NT3.51 as well.

There is one PCMCIA card with an onboard speaker (New Media Gamejammer), two cards that can output the audio directly to the PC speaker from Panasonic (CF-VEW 211 and 212), and a couple of parallel port sound devices with integrated speaker like the DSP Sound Plus, maybe one of those would work.

Maybe this is relevant to your question, there are two pcmcia sound cards from Panasonic that can output the audio directly to the PC speaker.

Here's a Cardbus soundcard for a change, Creative only released a 16-bit PCMCIA modem card back in the day and never a soundcard, while many other companies were doing so. Also another version of BeOS for my rather large Be collection (the DR8 version for Power Mac), and a nice 1500 pages long book. …

Give BeOS 4.5 or 5.0 a try if you've never used it before, dual (and more) cpu computers were the best it could perform on. You can turn cpus on/off at will, and yes both off at the same time if you dare!

Did you install the patch? It fixes a few issues with the game, available at ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/origin/patches/pacific/ The tracking system is the same in Wings Of Glory as far as I remember, you're flying a WW2 plane (or WW1 in the case of WoG), not a fighter jet with enhanced target locking …
