Looks like the original PSU and the fan on the bottom IS the case fan. Originally their would have been a shroud around the fan which would also cover the CPU You can prob swap out the fan or if money is tight, just turn up the speakers 😉

If you have Win2k server installed, TSclient DosFreak mentions above can be found in \%systemroot%\system32\clients\tsclient It's also handy as newer version of RDP dropped support for NT4 Terminal server and this way you can have both on the same WinXP box
