Homelessness is so easy. Just have a rented or bank loaned home, no safety net of somekind, something bad happens, and boom you are homeless. You do not have to be a alcoholic, drug addicted, schizophrenic bum to be a homeless person.

The classic Winamp 5.666 or more classic good old Winamp 2.95. Still use them with all my Windozes from 95 to 7.

XP 64-bit is more or less a BETA product, and not really needed/usable for some sort of gaming especially.

For me Blackthorne, Blackthorne needs EMS. But with EMM386 and QEMM97 it doen not always work. but now free EMSMAGIC does the trick. same with Alladin and some othes games that somehow do not understand XMS specifications, but are made for fast CPUs and are late VGA DOS games. Go figure. But 486 …

Check the sliding metal rods and check the reading head cable. And mechanical obstructions. There is something in the far end of your floppy drive head. Or the reading head cable is broken, but only comes out, when head is in the end on the drive.

I even did not have the latest C++ redist. so I had to install them anyway. but yes That old AMD A10 7000 series APU suppose to support Vulkan 1.1, it did play Doom 2016. Using Windows 7 64bit and Windows 10 64bit. And that damn thing just wont run. Just stays in indefinite loop, and if I try to switch tasks, it just says that the program stopped working, with no explanation.

Agree totally. SP2 does all the gaming and program running, only if you have a faster computer, or go to internet with XP, then you need SP3 plus additional updates. Hey I never even hd any troubles with SP1, maybe you just need to update the NET. framework to run some games and programs.

Have used the Black Edition in some of my builds and it is nice, but usually prefer to upgrade my own XP. I know that for a fact that genuine Black Edition does not have any malware. Well maybe some addons that you do not really need.
