The A64 is better than the P4 on all possible front (to formulate better, the P4 is under anything on everything anyways) The nforce 3 were pretty good motherboard, so no reason to steer away from it like a vulgar VIA :D I ran a 3400+ S754 + nForce 3 as my main rig for 2 years between my P3S 1266 …

Voodoo 2 is much faster than Voodoo 1 in GLQuake even on a P100 ! Would never have guessed.

Inetersting, going from Millennium to Millennium 2 covers half the way from P100 to P133 in doom (I got 59 FPS on my 133 + Mill1/430FX)

Hi GM fans, from a videogamer viewpoint, is SC-88 ST 100% similar to SC-88 for general midi ? The lack of facade controls can be missed ? It's as compatible with SC-55 as the SC-88 non ST ?

Actually some Vibra chips are less noisy. Quality of sound is not the problem here, just the cards respective values.

Mmm I've got quite a lot a troubles with my WIP 486 (third line of my sig), with HDD disappearing, MSDos installation crashing, etc ... Comp is configured for WB, I'll have to try WT.

Nice ! Since gains seem to be on Turok and Incoming, I guess My P133 can stay in my P5-133 without fear of getting replaced by a 200MHz as soon as I put a Voodoo inside !
