You can have lots of ram in DOS, but important is how many of ram games are using, Q2DOS can allocate huge heap, but from my testing for benchmark, if you are using realmode (himem only) there is not performance improvement from 64 MB of RAM above, results are very similar with EMM386 NOEMS, with …
