Hmm, i though that other Sata controller in IDE mode will fix Dos EMM386 freeze problem but nothing.. Do you use only IDE storage in system or some Sata + IDE(PATA) combination is working for pure DOS?

Sil 3512 PCI Sata controller is working, is even able to load Grub2, what is not working with same controller on i865 - Conroe865PE, so +1 for this MB. I also discovered that UMBPCI is not working will this board, with i865 its working so -1 for this MB.
