I know this topic is old, but I remember getting POD all those years ago when I was still running Win98se with Voodoo2 as my main PC. Even then I could only just run it in software mode. Then XP with a Geforce3 which ended always with a total system crash. Been having a go recently with the 2 PII's …

Great to hear it. Odd really as it runs great on my Win 7 x64 PC at home but not at the one in the shop which is identical except for the amount of ram. Oh and yes I downloaded the Project X at work for fun and that goes great. But you know what they say about a challenge?

I ran a Covington 300 in my Deskpro 4000 a while back just to see how slow it would be. It was really bad. Windows 2000 took forever to load and it really killed game performance as well. The drivers for the Trident 9750 3dImage simply wouldn't work so I put in a Legend QDI agp 8Mb card which has a Rendition Verite 2200 chip. The driver works a treat when you can find it.
